Quiddler is a fast-paced, word-building card game that challenges players to spell English words from a hand of letter-cards - combining vocabulary skills with strategic thinking.
Over 8 rounds, players are dealt an ever-increasing number of cards (starting at 3 cards in round one, increasing by one each round up to 10 cards) and must draw and discard cards to assemble valid words using all cards in hand.
Each card features one or two letters plus a point value; after a player “goes out” by forming their words, all players reveal their words, score based on letter-values used, subtract unused cards, and apply bonuses: 10-point bonus for the most words and 10-point bonus for the longest word. The highest total score after eight rounds wins.
With 118 letter-cards, the game supports 1-8 players (ideal for 2-6) and is suitable for ages 8+. Quiddler improves spelling, vocabulary, and word-formation skills - making it a fun, educational game for families, friends, classrooms or casual social play.
