Delivery
What does delivery cost?
Standard shipping is $16.95 and free on orders over $180. Express is $26.95. Local delivery to selected southern Tweed postcodes is $5 on orders of $45 or more, and free over $150.
How long does it take?
We send orders within 1 to 3 business days. Standard post then takes 3 to 5 business days, and express 1 to 2. We email you a tracking link when it ships.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes, and pickup is free. Choose it at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually the same day. Visit us for our address and hours.
Do large items cost more?
Items that ship in their own box are $39.95, and free on orders over $250.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days if it is unused and the packaging and seals are intact. Email us to arrange it before you send anything back.
What if an item is faulty?
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us and we will sort it out.
What can't be returned?
Sale items, gift cards and personalised items can't be returned for change of mind. Read the returns policy.
Gifts and orders
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, $4 a gift. Add it in the cart. Big items go in a Giant Gift Bag instead.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order that hasn't been sent yet.
Which payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
Do you offer layby?
Yes, in store. Pay a 20% deposit and we'll hold your items for up to six weeks while you pay off the rest. Christmas laybys need to be paid off and collected by Wednesday 23 December.
