If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Returns and refunds

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Gift cards

Gift cards:

• are not redeemable for cash
• are non-refundable (except as required by law)
• do not expire unless stated otherwise

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Wonderloft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability
